Return Policy

Return Policy Overview

You may return items purchased FROM NCE Empowering Safety within (30) days of invoice date for a full refund including return shipping costs if it is found that the product is defective or the return is the result of our error. If the item is returned within (30) days for any other reason, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization Number (see instructions for obtaining a Return Materials Authorization Number below). We will credit your ACCOUNT within (2) weeks of receiving the returned item. MONETARY REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN.

Note: If you ordered your product from a distributor, or another company other than NCE, you must streamline your return through that company, not NCE.

Shortages or Discrepancies

Order shortages or discrepancies must be reported within (7) days of receipt of order; any form of credit will not be issued after that time.

Damaged Products

We guarantee that all of our products are of the highest quality at the time of shipment. Prior to shipping, all orders are inspected. If an order arrives damaged, DO NOT DISCARD THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX AND OR ANY PACKAGING AND please notify us within (48) hours of receiving the shipment. Any form of credit will not be issued after that time.

Other Return Stipulations

Warranty: A (30) day warranty period applies to any consumable item (items needing replacement periodically due to wear and tear or, single use item (ex. electrodes). Defects must be reported to NCE within (30) days of date of invoice to receive warranty replacement. RETROFIT AND REBUILD BATTERIES CAN BE SENT IN FOR REPAIR WITHIN 30 DAYS. NCE will not be held responsible for damages incurred during transportation to NCE due to poor packaging, as well as any damages during rebuild process. Misuse or misapplication of the product will void any applicable warranty. 

Non-Returnable Items

RETURNS WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED OR ACCEPTED FOR any product that is special order, MODIFIED, OR DISCONTINUED, items that have been marked or engraved, broken packaging, items not sent back in original packaging, customized items, any product that has been opened, items purchased for resale, items determined not to be in resalable condition, and merchandise more than 30 days old from NCE invoice date.  RETROFIT AND REBUILD BATTERIES ARE AN EXAMPLE OF A SPECIAL ORDER.  MERCHANDISE THAT IS SPECIAL ORDERED, OR IS NOT A STANDARD ITEM, IS NOT CANCELLABLE AND MUST BE PAID HALF IN ADVANCE WITH NO REFUND.

Obtaining Return Materials Authorization

Contact our RETURNS SPECIALIST FOR AN RMA AND PROPER RETURN INSTRUCTIONS at CS@NCEEmpoweringSafety.com or via phone at 1-800-328-3773 to file a claim and request an RMA number. RMA numbers are void after (30) days. Ship authorized returns within the allotted time, in their original condition and product packaging to the below address:
